As things progress with covid-19 it is key that is we as a clinic are taking the necessary steps to maintain the safety of all of our clients, therefore we request that you make sure you understand the following procedures are absolutely necessary:
From tomorrow you must download the NHS COVID-19 app from the app store or get it on google play before arriving, you will be asked to scan the track and trace QR code at the door.
Please understand you must arrive at the clinic at your appointment time, use the intercom and inform us of your arrival, you will be given the authorisation to enter once we have ensured it is safe for you to do so- if you are running late please be aware that we WILL NOT be able to see you for your appointment and you will lose your deposit, by law we need to ensure we are operating a strict cleaning policy between clients and reducing this time frame we will jeopardise this and therefore for the next 6 months we will be running a reduced, 5 minute late policy instead of the usual 15. Please inform the clinic if you are running late so we can discuss this with you.
You must attend alone and limit the items you bring to your appt.
Please wear a mask upon entering the clinic and do not remove it until you are in the treatment space, all staff will be wearing face coverings as policy as well as the air filtration in operation.
If you are feeling unwell or you have been in contact with someone who has Covid-19 then you need to let us know immediately- your temperature will be taken on entry.
The toilet facilities and water machine will be out of use for all visitors.
We will ask all patients to sanitise their hands upon arrival and you will be provided with an apron.
